Rock Forward Mini Update

I hope and pray that God’s goodness and blessings are filling you with joy this morning ! Last night was magnificent, as God was displaying His power and majesty in the lightening show in the dark black skies. Ron and i just sat outside talking and praising Him!!!

God is so very good!! He is powerfully working through Rock Forward. We’re moving forward with expanding our Bible programs at NHAKA. We are adding three new school Bible  programs in remote areas that are in the Goromonzi regions. This is so exciting. The communities are being reached for  Him, through the children and what they are being taught and are learning! Praise God!! We are also looking into Business Savings groups in those areas and want to work with kids that graduate and also families of those that attend our After School Bible Programs. This is a very difficult area as far as economic sustainability, but it is a blessing to be making a small difference which will turn into a huge difference with God’s blessing and power!!

We have also funded four new business savings groups.  The Zimbabwe people in the groups have been trained and are in the beginning stages of starting up their businesses. We are ready to fund two more when we get the updated report and status of the existing groups. We are so very thankful for what God is doing!! To Him be all the glory!!

June 7-8, we are doing a garage sale, with all proceeds going to Rock Forward.  This is a very well attended garage sale so we are hoping for great results. There have been 2 family units, moving to another location, and asked if we could take and sell what is in their storage units and use the funds for Rock Forward initiatives. This is such a blessing from God!!
