BUSINESS SAVINGS GROUP
Tendai Kashangura is a very dear friend of Rock Forward. He has a heart of gold and loves and serves his community, country and the African continent, in any way he can. He is an amazing business trainer and is very respected by all! We are fortunate and privileged to be a part of the team that supports and grows the new and established business savings groups in Zimbabwe. Below is a report spotlighting his work. Rob is our first son in Zimbabwe! He is seen here in this picture in the USA for two weeks, visiting our community here in the USA. He visited team members in Pennsylvania, worked at Three Cord, shared with many groups of supporters, board members, friends and family. He is loved by all, especially his American Mom and Dad, brother Dustin and sister Amy!
We want to empower him as he looks at working to strengthen his company, Promitec, back in Zimbabwe, Africa, in the coming years.
Through weekly mentoring and accountability, he is now able to hire widows to do his sewing and provide jobs for other members of the community. Rob continues to regenerate this mentoring platform to Pastor Chippo. Pastor Chippo runs an orphanage and also ministers to women in the community and extremely low income parts of the city.
