Africa Day 2

God’s greatness is once again impressed upon us in ways like many have never experienced. We went to a lion and Cheetah park to see the amazing Africa wildlife. There were actually herds of zebras, a family of giraffes, wart hogs and their families and wylabies. The rock formations were miraculous as was the rest of the landscape. Our team is truly becoming a team, everyone is loving each other. We packed a quick lunch of nuts and granola, and ate on the way back to Promitec, the business that we are mentoring. Again the team bonding was wonderful.

When we arrived at Promitec, we met all of the employees and introduced them to our team. It was a wonderful reunion for Ron and I and a very sweet time for the rest of the team. We did a short life training with Promitec and then had a large team meeting with Africa Works.

We went to the market and experienced Africa bartering with Rob and Tendai. Most of us were very successful.

Our host family made dinner for us and we had team evaluations and discussions. It was a wonderfully blessed day.

Tomorrow, we all start out very early to visit some agriculture farms, some medical clinics,  an orphanage and will be meeting with an amazing woman who is following God’s call on her life to build a complex for children with challenges. This will be a hard day, but a very blessed one as well.
